Atlante expands its Vegamo range with six new vegan sauces designed to meet the growing demand for plant-based products with balanced recipes. The new assortment includes classic hummus, flavoured hummus, and baba ganoush: six versatile and modern offerings, ideal for consumers attentive to taste and quality.
A selection inspired by tradition, enhanced with distinctive flavours
From classic Middle Eastern recipes—such as traditional hummus and baba ganoush—to more innovative versions enriched with caramelised onions, peppers or citrus notes, this new range combines authenticity and creativity. A well-balanced offering that meets the needs of those who seek familiar flavours as well as those eager to discover new taste combinations. Their versatility and ingredient quality make these sauces suitable for a wide range of consumption occasions, from casual appetisers to everyday meals.
Traditional Baba Ganoush: a spread made from roasted aubergines, typical of Middle Eastern tradition, with a smoky flavour and velvety texture. Versatile in the kitchen, ideal as a starter or side dish.

Sweet & Spicy Hummus: thanks to a subtle sweet note, this is a new take on the spicy hummus already available on the market.

Plant-based sauces made without preservatives, thanks to HPP technology
All products are made using HPP (High Pressure Processing), a cold-pressing technique that ensures food safety without preservatives. This method helps preserve the sauces’ organoleptic and nutritional properties while also extending their shelf life. All our sauces are 100% plant-based, gluten-free and preservative-free.
A growing market: +19% for hummus in 2024
Thanks to its practical format and balanced recipe, hummus is increasingly appreciated by Italian consumers—not only as a healthy snack, but also as a versatile ingredient to enhance salads, cold dishes and appetisers. This growing interest is confirmed by market data: the hummus segment reached a value of €22 million by the end of 2024, with a +19% year-on-year growth (source: Nielsen, 2025). A positive trend driven by growing nutritional awareness, plant-based dietary habits and increased interest in international flavours, positioning hummus as a strategic, high-potential product.
