Purpose of the role: To give great service into our UK customers; to manage goods in the end-to-end supply chain; to enable the cross-functional demand and supply planning process.

Role and main responsibility:
  • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast
  • Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and follow
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective

Activities:

  • Demand and Supply planning:
    • Contribute to an effective monthly S&OP process – translate SKU based monthly forecasts to an executable and effective supply plan, within the capacity constraints of the business / our
    • Lead solutions on supply and demand imbalances and manage communication with key
    • Analyse the ever-changing production and supply plan to quickly identify stock issues, optimizing the flows of products from the factory to the end destination.
  • Stock management:
    • Establish, manage and monitor inventory levels through the end-to-end international supply
    • Track progress of stock through the end-to-end supply
    • Provide UK Sales and Operations with regular updates on any SKU shortages, risk and return to stock
  • Reporting:
    • Support with weekly, monthly & quarterly assessment of Atlante Supply Chain performance, through pre-agreed KPIs aligned with SCM team
    • Pull together ad hoc reports and insights, depending on the requirements of the team /
  • Cost management:
    • Work with and support the central Supply Chain management team on the following activities:
      • Benchmarking
      • Budgeting
      • Cost management
      • Cost to Serve initiatives
      • Demand Planning and sales forecast for the UK market
      • to improve the ratio between product supply chain cost and service level.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting (pref, Retail or FMCG)
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and
  • Strong mathematical and statistical
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Hard Skills (education, experience, computer skills and languages):

  • Must have:
    • Process orientated with high-level of analytical capability and strong excel
    • Good understanding and use of IT systems and
    • Fluent in written and spoken
    • Supply chain and planning experience across fast paced customer facing environment eg UK grocery, food, beverage or other FMCG. (MUST HAVE)
  • Good to have:
    • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • This role will report directly to the Atlante UK Supply Chain Manager as part of the global supply chain team; and will work cross-functionally with the UK Commercial Team.
